DAAD competition 2002
"Very German" Design Competition

The Very German Design Competition 2002 was the first student competition run by the DAAD London Office. Participants were asked to investigate and respond to the theme "Germany and the Germans". Entries were accepted in the following categories:
1. Graphic Design (print) 2. Graphic Design (screen) 3. Photography 4. Film/Video 5. Illustration 6. Animation
The 10 prize-winners were awarded placements during summer 2002 with famous German design and publication firms:
