A brighter future needs smarter policies. Shape solutions for global policy challenges with our MPP program, designed for young professionals.

The Brandt School’s Master of Public Policy (MPP) program equips future decision makers with the skills and knowledge they need to shape policy and drive change. From in-depth policy analysis and practical problem-solving to leadership, our graduates are prepared to advance the public interest. Throughout your two years at the Brandt School, you will acquire a comprehensive toolkit for evidence-based approaches, consult external clients on real policy challenges, and upscale your professional skills.

Each year, we accept around 50 students from some 40 countries into our English-language MPP. We offer education at the highest international standards, practical experience, and global networking opportunities. Our highly motivated students benefit from the outstandingly diverse backgrounds and work experience of their peers and our renowned faculty. They specialize in areas such as:

  • Development and Socio-Economic Policies
  • Energy Policy and Sustainability
  • Peace and Conflict Studies
  • Social Entrepreneurship and Non-Profit Management
  • Digital Policy and Artificial Intelligence

One of the program’s greatest strengths is its versatility: the MPP is not limited to one career track. Whether you envision yourself in government and politics, driving change in NGOs, advancing sustainable business practices, or working with international organizations, this degree opens doors to a wide range of professions. Along the way, the program helps you refine your interests, discover new areas of expertise, and position yourself in the field that best suits you.

Are you ready to join a diverse, international program that combines academic excellence with practical experience? Find out more about the Brandt School’s MPP here.
